Ho chiesto varie volte di fare il controllo auto, tramite computer e loro mi hanno detto Giovedi, giorno appuntamento. Lo chiesto se potevo sapere se c'erano problemi e se potevo percorrere altri km in tranquillità, prima di giovedì.

Kritikán aluli Június 4-én került oda az autóm. Maglódon robbantam le, felhívtam a szalont, hogy oda lehet-e vontatni az autót, tudnak-e foglalkozni vele!? Nagyon nehezen értem el őket telefonon, de azt a választ kaptam, hogy persze, lehet vinni, tudnak vele foglalkozni. Amikor odaértünk, közölték, hogy azt tudom-e, hogy csak június 19-én tudnak időpontot adni, mert addig be vannak táblázva. Mondom nem tudtam, mert a telefonban ezt nem mondták. Június 11-én felhívtak telefonon, hogy megtalálták a hibát, főtengely jeladót kell cserélni. Örültem, mint majom a farkának, hogy akkor hamarabb is kész lesz az autó, és még a fél vesémet sem kell eladnom. Teltek a napok, semmi hívás, semmi. Eljött a június 19, hívom őket, hogy érdeklődjek az autó iránt. Nem értem el őket telefonon. Fél 12-kor hív az illetékes kolléga, aki átvette tőlem az autót 4-én, hogy mégsem a jeladó a probléma, mert kicserélték benne és mégsem indul az autó, de ha kiveszik a jeladót, gond nélkül beindul. Nem tudják mi lehet a baj, mert többen leültek tanakodni, de ők ilyennel még sosem találkoztak, mert annyira összetett probléma lehet, hogy elképzelhető, hogy 500 ezer forint, de az is lehet, hogy 1 millió forint, vagy

It is Renault/Dacia service. We have a Renault. The staff is nice and helpful, the repair was nicely done. What more can you expect from a car service?

One of our minibuses, a Renault Trafic from 2016 crashed without reason at the begining of January 2018 near Nepliget bus station. As long as the car is still in standard waranty, we moved the minibus on our costs at the closest RENAULT service. Now we are in 9 of March 2018 (almost 2 months from the incident) and the minibus is still here. None of Renault representatives from Romania or Hungary still cannot estimate what the minibus have or how long will take them to repair it ... I do not know how much guilty are the people from this service and how much guilty si RENAULT Hungary (or International). But for sure is not OK the situation that is hapenning...
