We bought the best matress of revotica with latex, nice people in the shop. Delivery 1 month late... 8 months after the latex is all deformed. I will email them to see what we can do but it was already a fight to get it, easy to pay them (just accept cash) but will we get our money back? Good prices : with latex there is no cheaper one by far, now i know why :(, bad quality, always have factory issues... our last matress did 15 years and has the same deformation than this one after 10 months.

Insulting, disrespectfull customer service phone line. They do not support or help in any way, not even if children's safety is concerned!

Affordable pricing, good medium quality. A bit over-administered order and follow up process.
