THIS PLACE MISTREAT FOREIGNERS AND ACCUSES THEM OF STEALING!! I went to buy thermal legging, and used the self payment machine to pay. At the moment there was a worker looking at me until I paid. After I left the store, she run after me (I was already out of the store, on the streets!!!) and asked me to open my bags without any reason. There was no reason to do that, there was no alarm going on when I left the store. She just decided to follow me on the streets because I look like am foreigner. This kind of treatment towards clients shocked me, I have traveled to 23 countries and this never happened to me before!

We picked up a couple of facial hydrating sheets and accidentally knocked off a little plastic piece of railing. They are used for displaying the price tags. We're talking between us, the shop assistant wasn't even there to see what we were talking about. Then I heard her saying out loud from another aisle saying "ne törni, zúzni" (no breaking or smashing) in a rude sarcastic way (tipikus jól beszóllok valakinek módon). I replied in Hungarian there's no smashing nor breaking, it's a piece of price tag holder that fell. I felt I needed to say something because she shouldn't be rude and shouldn't think she can be because people don't understand her. This was my own experience today. The lady at the till was very polite and friendly.

Big new branch. Lots of space and all the products you expect from Rossmann and more, since it is well stocked. There are even carts at the entrance, like in supermarkets. Self-checkout tills are available.
