Lett volna a rossman plusz kartyamon 15% de a penztaros ezt nem jelezte, igy teljes arat fizettem, annak ellenere hogy be is olvasta a rossmann pluszomat.

Egy nagyon fontos gyorstesztet kerestem, kifejezetten idejöttem, mert azt írta a honlap, hogy még három darab van. Nem volt ott a többi gyorstesztnél ezért segítséget kértem egy közelben álló dolgozótól. Elmondta, hogy ott kell lennie ahol a többi van, ha nincs akkor elfogyott. Jeleztem, hogy a honlap szerint még három darab van itt. Azt mondta akkor mindjárt utána néz, csak várjak pár percet. Addig én tovább kerestem, eltelt pár perc, a hölgy nem jött vissza, mert beült kasszázni. Odamentem, de ő mondta, hogy nem tud mit csinálni kérjek segítséget a többi kolleganőjétől (nem volt a sorban egy vásárló sem). Találtam egy másik kolleganőt, ő is csak ismételgette, hogy ott kell lennie fent. Segíteni sem volt hajlandó, csak a vállát vonogatta, hogy akkor rosszul van fent a honlapon. Direkt idejöttem, nagyon fontos lett volna és most itt zárás előtt vadásznom kell egy másik helyet. Borzasztó stílusban reagáltak a hölgyek, főleg a második. Kifejezetten megalázó volt.

Big spacious and clean Rossmann store, next to all supermarkets. Plenty of products on discount and good selection of all possible items, also a lot of house items. Self-checkout and photo printing machine are available as well.
