I’m thrilled with this store! Every single time I need help, they deliver with surgical precision. As a shorter guy, I always need my clothes altered. Not a place for tourists, despite the English written signs they imidiatly kicked me out of their shop when they realized I don't speak hungarian

Terrible customer service. Staff showed zero empathy despite my efforts with Google Translate. Given a 7-day wait for a simple 5-15 minute sawing job they could have done immediately or at least within a day or two. Will never return.

I had been here a couple of times before, and everything was always smooth. Today, there was a new person (who might have been in a bad mood, I understand), but she was super rude and refused to take my blazer for a simple alteration, even though I've had the same procedure done at this place earlier with no issue :/

Repaired a 5cm tear in my black cotton pants in under 30 minutes for 1500 Ft. Offered to message me when finished. You can also track the status online. Employees are attentive. They speak good English. Store located on the lowest floor (underground), near McDonald's and NewYorker. Stop thinking, just take your clothing there now. Update: Over a 1-year period, I've been here multiple times. 3 repairs and 2 pants tailorings. The service is outstanding. Like a restaurant with an open kitchen, you can see their small setup in the back. Other business owners in Budapest should learn from this place. + Repaired another small hole in same pants + Repaired 2 holes in sweatpants + Tailored/fitted the legs on same sweatpants + Tailored/fitted the legs on another pair of pants The day this place closes, the Danube will flood and overflow with tears of sadness.
