No attention to detail. Had them re-sew six buttons onto a coat. For this service I waited two weeks and paid 10.000 HUF. When they were finally done, they retrieved my coat from a bag, covered in lint. At this price point i would have hoped they would at least lint roll the coat before giving it back dirtier than I gave it to them, but they didn’t. Thats fine, its not a cleaning service, whatever. However, I was lucky to check their work, as it turns out the buttons were sewn so tightly to the coat that they couldn’t be buttoned. I showed them this, and they agreed to fix it again, this time, to their credit in under 10 minutes. I paid and left, mildly dissatisfied, but when i got home I realised that three of the six buttons were upside down, and, as the wooden buttons had some pattern on them, this is quite noticeable. At the end of this experience I was left wondering why anyone would trust this business with anything if they can’t even do something as simple as re-sewing buttons. The reason i took my coat to them is because I expected a professional service, even I can re-sew a button badly, I was expecting an off-the-rack level work, which this is far from.
