Loved the details of this place! Their pastry options and sandwiches were delicious max! A must visit on Budapest. This is from a coffee lover, you gotta take my word. Bonus is the Basilica view from this cafe.

I tried the egg and bacon jam danish - so. so. good!! Would have absolutely loved to sit down and enjoy the place as well as the drinks :’) wldn’t say its cheap or ex but defo slightly on the pricey side though with that said, the danish quality was so good (buttery, aromatic, flavourful and flaky) that I am happy to pay the price to try it out!

Absolutely loved my experience at Salt Bakery. The atmosphere is amazing — stylish, cozy, and full of energy without feeling overwhelming. The live DJ created such a cool vibe and made the whole brunch experience feel unique and vibrant. The coffee was excellent, the pastries looked incredible, and the food was fresh and full of flavor. You can really feel the attention to detail in both the menu and the design of the place. Perfect spot in Budapest for brunch, coffee, or just enjoying the ambiance. Highly recommended and definitely worth visiting again!

Everything was perfect to enjoy breakfast & good coffee with my Mum. Amazing selection of locally made pastries, if you are hesitant?! you get transparent feedback from staff, behind the counter. Spacious indoor dining, clean design with some hungarian twist. Extra: if you sit on a terrace, can enjoy the view to the Basilica ! Disadvantage?! Bit expensive …. come on guys, hungarians would like to enjoy your Bar more often 🙏🏽

Such a good coffee spot in Budapest. I’ve been here so many times already and it never disappoints. The coffee is great, the pastries are delicious, and I’m obsessed with the cardamom buns. The space is big, bright, and really comfortable, so it’s perfect for sitting down and actually enjoying your coffee. The staff are always super kind too, and even though you order at the counter, they bring everything to the table and serve water, which is such a nice detail. Definitely recommend.
