I visited this place two days ago and paid €129 for the service. I expected the service to last around 45 minutes, but my session lasted only about 20 minutes or less. I felt rushed, and the service did not meet my expectations for the price. After the visit, I contacted them to ask about a possible refund or solution. Unfortunately, I found the response unprofessional and dismissive. Based on my personal experience, I was disappointed with the value and the customer service. I recommend asking clearly about the duration, price, and refund policy before paying.

Unfortunately, my experience was not good. I was told the massage would last 45 minutes, but it ended after around 20 minutes, even though I paid €129. When I asked for a fair solution or partial refund, the management refused and responded in a very dismissive way. For this price, I expected better service, clearer communication, and more professionalism. I personally do not think the experience was worth the money. Please be careful and confirm the exact time and price before starting the service
