Bettinél jártam pilatesen. Nagyon kedves és figyelmes. Szuper volt a hangulat és igazán megdolgoztatott a gyakorlatokkal! A hely is nagyon családias és barátságos! Ajánlom mindenkinek! 🤍

Ma voltam először reformer pilates órán Bettinél, és nagyon jól éreztem magam. Először próbáltam ki ezt a mozgásformát, és hát meg kell mondjam, sokkal keményebb, mint amilyennek látszik. Tényleg egy igazi csendes gyilkos. 😄 Betti nagyon kedves, türelmes és figyelmes volt végig. Folyamatosan figyelte, hogy jól csinálom-e a gyakorlatokat, ha kellett, segített és javított. Látszik rajta, hogy nagyon ért ahhoz, amit csinál, és szívből csinálja. A stúdió is nagyon szép, tiszta és hangulatos, jó érzés volt ott lenni. Nagyon örülök, hogy végre kipróbáltam a reformer pilatest, biztosan nem ez volt az utolsó alkalom. Bettit pedig tényleg jó szívvel ajánlom bárkinek!🥰

This place is so wonderful!! The manager is a very nice & friendly lady full of love, and so is Juc Pec (see below) who does very powerful intensive Ashtanga Yoga classes I attend almost every week.
