Amazing quality meat, clean and easily accessible establishment. The gentleman and lady behind the counter are always extremely kind and polite, always smiling, going above and beyond for the customer. It’s a joy to shop here

the butcher guy is always polite but woman is extremely rude and unwelcoming, feeling the most unwelcome person ever, why to sell something if you are unwilling to do your business, didn’t use gloves for the mincing meat , shake her head like i asked some hard labor work. I even try my best to deliver information in hungarian

CLEANEST BUTCHER-SHOP EVER! FRESHEST HIGH QUALITY MEAT. WHEN YOU ARE A GORMEY COOK YOU WILL APPRECIATE IT. STAFF IS GREAT AND HELPFUL. PRICES ARE GOOD CONSIDERING THE QUALITY YOU GET. IF THEY WOULD EXCEPT CREDIT CARD PRICES WOULD HAVE TO GO UP DUE TO HIGH BANKING CHARGES. THIS IS ONLY PLACE I BUY MEAT!

One star rating for the staff, didn't manage to try their meat. Never felt so unwelcomed as a customer trying to buy some meat in my life in a butcher shop. The lady was hardly in a mood to speak any sort of word in English even though she seemed to perfectly understand and she treated her job as the worst chore. The store does not accept credit card payments as well, left without being able to buy what I wanted and certainly would'nt go back ever again having faced such an unfriendly behavior.

The staff is rude. The lady behind the counter always acts as if you are a burden to her. I was the only customer in the store, 3 people from the staff were present. When I asked for some ground meat, she rudely told I have to stand there and wait 10 minutes until she finishes working on something else. There are quality products, but this is not how you keep your customers.
