I had a disappointing experience in this store. I wanted to buy a sweater, but my size was available only on a mannequin. Despite the item having a price tag and my willingness to buy it immediately, the staff refused to sell it to me. As a result, I left without purchasing anything. Very strange and frustrating policy…

I love shopping at Sinsay, but the staff's behavior this evening will definitely keep me away from this shop, sadly! They have been incredibly rude to me and unprofessional. The young woman working at the till was in some kind of distress when she realized I don't really speak Hungarian well, then had issues processing the items I wanted to buy, constantly kept asking for help from another coworker, then they eventually managed to produce a bill I paid, but then after that decided that they haven't processed the two jackets I also wanted to buy, even though one was on the bill, and I paid for it, they took both away, and made me wait until they 'had' to close the register because it was 20h. Then they called another coworker who was somewhere else by then, and who was incredibly rude and dismissive to me, which even escalated after it turned out that they were at fault. If my husband (who is Hungarian, btw) hadn't shown up by then, I think I would have had to call the police. Not to mention that the most expensive item, I couldn't buy because they closed the register!

One of the largest Sinsay shops I have seen, with a great layout so it's easier to find things. It's kind of like an outlet, you can find things not available anymore in other stores. I especially liked their beauty section. Unfortunately, the staff is not really interested in actually doing their job. I waited in line for 30 minutes with a single item because although there were three employees at the checkout only one was working. The other two were loudly greeting their friends and went off with them to chat.
