Interesting, that all good reviews are with photo and all bad one without… Pogácsa and sós rúd was very delicious. The lady served me with a smile on her face and was very friendly and welcoming. I can really recommend this place.

Chocolate cake (csokistorta) was good, I also got an americano on the side. The staff was very kind and helpful, the place was clean and neat with an elegant ambience.

The customer service was poor they looked disinterested, and seemed to not care for customers reactions and their experience. The cakes were about average, they looked okay and thankfully they weren’t too sweet for my palette however upon further inspection there was a long piece of hair wedged deeply in the cake. We notified the staff however they looked unbothered and replied that since we already had some of the cake they could not replace it. This brings up concerns about the hygiene of the shop as we had already eaten other cakes.

Lovely little local bakery. Kind, welcoming and helpful staff. Tasty baked goods and super cheap. We will definitely come back here when we visit Budapest again. Thoroughly recommend the strudel
