There is a gentleman working there who is quite polite, helpful and can speak English very well. I went there to take passport photos but my embassy do not accept them for some reasons so I went back again and explained the situation. He took the photos for me again for free.

From time to time I create photo albums for different occasions, and for my personal enjoyment. I use Sooters for the ‘exclusive’ albums, for clients and partners. I highly recommend ordering from them! Their online album creator is easy and intuitive and the quality is excellent! They have been very helpful to meet short deadlines, shipping my albums to Bucharest as promised. Two disadvantages, all communication is by email only BUT THEY ARE PROMPT TO REPLY :). Secondly, the album can only have 30 pages. Great job Sooters! Thank you for always fulfilling our orders in the highest quality!

Last time we ordered an online print, the size of photos was readjusted, the watermark we put on the photos was cut randomly and only some parts of it left. And no reply to the emails. The present magnet was ok though, thanks for that at least.

Asked for american visa photo. Firstly, the photographer (it you can call her like that) took only one picture. Then she showed me photo that doesn’t compare to american visa terms at all. After i asked to make a picture to the terms she was so annoyed by this. I showed her how it should be then she started arguing with me that she made it right. After 3 tries i paid for photo and then when i left i saw that half of my face was shadowed…. If you are working as photo maker please be a little professional with it, your customers use this photos visa purposes not for fun. So, don’t recommend going there if you seeking for good quality pictures.
