***Update 4/1/2026 I honestly can’t make this up. I cancelled my contract properly and even had a feeling there might be issues, so I screen recorded the entire process. Their own system generated a confirmation showing my cancellation, and I also received an email confirming it—but with the wrong date (February 28, 2030 instead of March 30, 2026). It’s now been a month of trying to get this corrected. I’ve been told there’s no manager or legal team I can speak to—only support, who refuses to acknowledge the cancellation because the email has the wrong date. Somehow, their system error is being treated as my fault, and they’re trying to charge me for another month. They’ve ignored clear proof, including my screen recording and confirmation, and even the Budapest office has confirmed that I completed the cancellation and asked them to process it. They don’t even seem to communicate internally. To be fair, the Budapest office staff are great—helpful and professional. But once something goes wrong, you’re no longer dealing with them. You’re dealing with a central team that shows no accountability and treats customers like numbers. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company

The 5-session coworking membership is listed on the website for 28,900 forints. After I purchased it, I ended up paying 45,000 forints. This happened on September 11. By September 15, they had already charged me for the October sessions as well. Incredibly dishonest company, I would not recommend it to anyone.

Spaces Budapest engages in deliberately deceptive business practices, quoting certain prices for office spaces only to hit clients with excessive fees that are impossible to calculate and buried in lengthy contractual language. These fees in our case added nearly 50% to the cost of the lease. In addition, Spaces staff are often rude and abrasive with clients, irritated by even polite requests for clarification or assistance. There are many reputable options in Budapest providing office space options. Utilize them and stay far away from this business.
