A lady stuff in black dress (19july,sunday-1.14 PM) allowed other hungarian guys to recycle the bottles first, who came a long after me and other guys who are standing here nearly 40 mins. We have informed her that we are here before that person,she instantly shut us off!(she was standing near to camera vigilance), i think its clearly a racism.. And for this incident we had to stand in the line more 50 mins.

I will to file a complaint against a female cashier at this store. She has short hair, older age,cannot speak English, and is extremely rude and impatient. The first incident happened when I used the self-checkout machine. I only bought two bags of rice, yet the system scanned three by mistake. I pointed this out to her, but she refused to resolve the issue. Instead, she arbitrarily closed the scanning process and pressured me to pay immediately, which made me overcharged. I meet her again today. Before I finished placing all my items on the counter, she kept rushing me to make payment. She even pushed all my groceries away with her hands. This employee is completely unfit to work in a supermarket. I advise all visitors from out of town to avoid this store to prevent unpleasant experiences.

A store with working hours that are determined at the discretion of the store. I arrived during working hours, but the store was closed. It's good that there are other Spar stores around.

One of the better SPAR stores in Budapest. This specific branch doesn't feel as crowded and stressful as others. The staff don't always speak English but they are all friendly. I've noticed that this store often puts items on sale that are close nearing expiration date. A lot of other supermarkets in Budapest could learn from that. I usually go here for groceries and I often find chicken legs, cheese and milk with 20-40% discounts.

I used to like coming here because the selection is great. Today I had a very bad experience. I gave the cashier a 20K bill and she claimed that it was a 10K bill. The manager, who was very kind, helpful and professional counted the money in the till and determined that it was a 20K bill and I was given the correct change. The manager again was very good but claimed that the employee did not do this intentionally although her actions and body language were not consistent. It is hard to confuse a 10 and a 20 bill. I will not shop here again and I recommend that customers be careful. The staff need to be properly trained.
