Very disappointing customer service at Sports Direct, Arena Mall I visited Sports Direct at Arena Mall because I needed to buy football boots for my child. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. For every model, size, or price I wanted to check, I had to wait approximately 20 minutes for a sales assistant. The staff would repeatedly send me from one person to another. The system showed that certain products and sizes were available in stock, but when the staff went to look for them, they would disappear for around 30 minutes and then return empty-handed. On one occasion, a sales assistant could not find the required size and simply gave me the product code and showed me how to search for the item myself — something I believe should have been done by the staff. We spent approximately one and a half hours in the store, and despite all that time, I was unable to buy a pair of football boots for my child. Different sales assistants came to help us, but unfortunately, none of them seemed to know how to properly assist with the products or check the stock. Really WOW how they treat customer. The sales person is the most rude person ever in all 🇭🇺. We asked for my size shoes. And he kept on telling us to try it on. Once we trid it on and confirmed my size. He said that i dont know my size. And was so rude. And then asked us to leave the store. In all my one month in Hungary i never faced such a rude person. When we called the manager he didnt even allowed us to take to anyone. What a shame for the brand to hire such sale people.

I had a very disappointing experience at Direct Sports in Arena Plaza. My friend came in looking to buy a pair of running shoes, and we found a pair she really liked. Since you have to ask the staff to bring out the correct size, we approached an employee for help. From the very beginning, the staff seemed annoyed. They rolled their eyes, avoided making eye contact, and acted as if helping us was an inconvenience. When the shoes arrived, they were simply handed over with no interest in helping further. My friend asked for advice, but instead of assisting her, the staff kept sending us to different people or telling us to go to another section where “someone was walking around.” We waited there for over 45 minutes, since my friend really liked the shoes. but nobody ever came, even though the staff could clearly see us waiting. We then asked two other employees who were stocking clothes for help. Their attitude was just as cold and dismissive. They told us to go back to the previous section because there was supposedly a man there to help us - but there wasn’t. When we explained that no one was there, they simply shrugged it off. Staff is unprofessional and rude It is not recommended at all Better for the management to educate their staff how to work and act with customers not ahouting on them Very bad experience however I like sports direct

I had a very disappointing experience at Sports Direct in Arena Mall. When I arrived at the football boots section, there was no staff around to help. I asked one employee who is responsible for that area, and he said he would send someone. I waited around 5–10 minutes, but no one came. I asked another employee again, and only then someone finally showed up. When the staff member arrived, he didn’t greet me or even look at me. He didn’t ask if I needed help. I asked if they had size 42 for a specific pair, and he didn’t respond, just walked away. After waiting again, he came back with the shoes but still didn’t say a word or make any eye contact. I said thank you, but he didn’t respond at all. Overall, I was kept waiting for a long time and the service was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. I ended up buying the shoes, but the experience was really poor.
