We traveled to Budapest and we had a problem with our Ssangyong Korando on Friday. We drove to this dealer /service and they took us without an appointment and replaced the parts needed in a few hours under warranty. The employees we interacted with were exceptional in terms of behavior, explained the issue , solution and our options . They also offered coffee , soft drinks / energizers, snacks, sweets you name it. I congratulate all the team for being so open to helping us and try to solve fast the car problems on a Friday . The ly also sell the newest KGM models which you can admire on the showroom.Thank you and good luck with the business!

Használt Korando értékesítése elött, voltunk ott a vevővel, ügyfélcentrikus, profi csapat, nagyon jó vevőkiszolgálás, jó a kávé és még Balatonszelet is volt :):):)

Top guys and top customer support. First of all is a thank you for your warm help, you’re doing a great great job. We had an unexpected problem during our trip, so we went to them, the welcome was so warm even if we didn’t have a booking. They helped us, they made us feel welcomed there. (Unfortunately I didn’t feel this welcome in 6 Romanian Ssangyong services I tried since I bought the car, I had to be in Budapest to feel it). Waiting room is so nice, coffee, sweets, WiFi, everything you need while you wait. So yes, totally recommend it.
