***The worst STARBUCKS experience ever!!!!***** I had a horrible experience today at this branch. The employees were expressing that it was a sin to come there and were working there against their will. I first requested them to heat up my muffin, however they rejected saying it has paper on it (while all the other Starbucks do this without an issue). Moreover, either there was a lack of organisation or the orders were complicated because it took a long time. They got my name all wrong on top of that. As a result, I was checking the cups very carefully to not take another table’s order by mistake. I was simply trying to find my coffee when one of the female baristas confronted me very rudely and said to me “why are you looking at the coffees?” in a very passive-aggressive tone. Terrible service and zero customer care. Stay away from this place if you don’t want to spoil the day.

Please, try to clean visitors area more often. There are not so many visitors, but no clean place to seat down..

The place is nice for a coffee and eating some desserts. The coffee is well-made. The place is cleaned all the time, I can see some staff walking and clean the tables. The service can be a little slow when there are a lot of people. Most of the staff are okay.
