My daughter learn to swim here at the Sun Palace Gym. She is very confident in the water and like to swim. We start it very early age , about age of 5 and we were patient and take some time, which is absolutly normal in this case. In 1-2 -3 years time she learn to swim . She come here with her School groups too and she was start her swim classes invidiualy . I 'm also very shocked somebody has bad a very bed conment about the school and expect her daughter learn to swim after 15 lessons. Honestly this is JOKE, right? A child became confident in water and swim safe in 1 year period of time at least, obviously the father who put this comment can not swim at all and never learn it. My expercience is very good witz this school, my daughter LOVE to go there, early morning she was wake up and jump to the cold water without hesitation at all.

One of the scam centers. My daughter enrolled for swimming lessons for 10 classes with 10 lesson fee paid and 10 entry bought. When she went for 9th lesson she was charged both for entry and lesson saying 10 lessons are over. We thought it must be our mistake of count. So we didn't dispute. Got her enrolled into another 10 classes. After 5 lessons I checked based on my previous experience as I was keeping track. They blatanly said only 4 left. When I disputed, the lady at the counter was rude as if it's my mistake. Told to talk with the instructor. The instrutor was gone. When called later he says I don't know, if system says that it must be correct. The net result we lose our money for two classes. Not only that, the instructor didn't literally teach anything to her. Only gave some aid to let her swim. After 15 classes she cannot even swim for 1 meter on own without aid. Worst of all these payments were made upfront. So now to even do the remaining 5 classes we are literally waiting for months to get dates for her.

A huge disappointment…. it was our first and last time there. Never seen such a dirty wellness area, full of mold and even the pool was smelling like pee…. Honestly was just disgusting. Completely outdated. You can clearly see that there is a lack of management since the space has so much potential.

One of the nicest looking, and cleanest gyms. The corridors are nicely decorated with bamboo and white rocks, which gives a really nice asthetic. The changing rooms are clean and have plenty of room. The fitness rooms are also really clean, and is not very busy if you know when to go (check google popular times)

My first (and last) time at Sunpalace. I forgot to bring my training shoes. One of the guys working there came over. I asked if flip-flops are okay. He said no, then swinging his arms, proceeded to bark the phrase: "game over". I guessed by his barbaric gestures, that he is inviting me to leave the establishment. I get it, no flip flops. But you guys could really learn to communicate in a humane way. Especially with customers who have paid to be there.
