Avoid this scam! They’ll hit you with a giant bill for five minutes of work and still fail to fix your problem. The mechanics are clueless and only care about draining your wallet.

Never trust this place! The mechanics are completely unqualified and will rip you off with massive charges for almost no work. They’ll blame you for things that aren’t even your fault.

Stay far away! The mechanics here are completely incompetent, and they’ll charge you an outrageous bill for a five-minute job. They focus more on finding ways to blame you than on actually fixing the problem. Total scam!

I got a new Vitara from them in December 2020. This is not a rating for the car, but for the dealership and customer experience. They lose a star because they don't take card payments for the cars. Their explanation is that such card payments would be too expensive for them. Mind-numbing, in 2020... The second star goes off because nobody at the dealership speaks proper English. This can't pass on in a sales location for an international brand, in a European capital in 2020. They also can't supply English owner's manuals for the cars. They lose the third star star because in the initial offer they included a spare wheel set that they did not deliver with the car. Also, they literally refused to answer my multiple emails when I confronted them with the fact that they didn't deliver an item from the order (the spare wheel set). This is still the case as of this review. An overall 2 stars for the poor customer experience. I strongly recommend that you choose a different Suzuki dealership.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience. I walked in with a friend wanting to purchase a Suzuki SUV for 7 million, cash. They didn't not greet us as we walked in, 3 sales people were at their desk, none offered to help. They literally did not want the money or business. I hope the business owner or manager knows what financial losses are likely happening at his place of business.
