Don’t know why so bad reviews. Over the last month I had to mess up twice and both times everything was on time. The staff were polite to me. The results were sent the same day

I couldn’t make an appointment per telephone, because apparently no one speaks English in this organisation. Blood test for 12k HUF happened to be my worst laboratory experience. I must add that the woman who was doing the procedure was nice and friendly. Not very professional though. They work without gloves! The procedure was done wrong, and somehow I got a swelling on my hand, touching it was very painful. They told me to go home and wait for 2-3 days before it gets better. Now I have a huge bruise. Not recommended.

I will NEVER use them again, paid a great amount of money for the tests and I had to call them at least 10 times after the results did not arrive in time. I asked for an English language result that obviously did not arrive and I had to call them again and again till finaly somebody sent me the results 2 weeks after the sample was taken. Had I not been so persistenet I think I would not have the results till this day.

I would never recommend the Corvin Synlab to anyone. I have done a bunch of test there, 3 weeks ago, this has already been the 3rd day I am chasing to get the results. The customer service does not answer, no reply for the email, terrible terrible service. I had a very poor service also the time when the blood test was taken but not receiving the results I have paid for is just no comment. Do not go there.
