Reggel 8.45-re foglaltam időpontot vérvételre. Előbb, 8.35-kor megérkeztem, 5-en vártak előttem. 9.00-ig két várakozót hívtak be előttem, így nem vártam meg, mert egy következő időpontra is oda kellett (volna) érnem valahova… Ez így nem elfogadható, miért kell az időpontfoglalás, ha nagy ívben tesznek rá?

Baràtnőm Vitèz Barbara múlt pènteken volt a kistarcsai egèszsèghàzban talàlható laborban. A labor vezetője nem volt ott ,helyettesîtette egy ismeretlen hölgy , aki kèptelen volt megcsinàlni a kèrt vizsgàlatot, "mert ő csak helyettesít "címszóval. Viszont adott időpontot következő kedd reggel negyed 8-ra . Kedd reggel màsfèlóra vàrakozàs utàn a labor vezetője bicskanyitogató stílusban közölte,hogy nincsen időpontja ,a kèrt fizetős vizsgàlatot nem hajlandó elvègezni ,majd cinikusan közölte ,hogy menjen vissza holnap. Civilizàlt helyen egy ilyen kellemetlensègèrt ,mint a múlt pènteki , elnèzèst kèrtek volna a kellemetlensègèrt, itt ilyesminek semmi nyoma nem volt, minősíthetetlen lekezelő stílusnak viszont igen! No comment .

Elérhetetlenek telefonon. Időpont foglalás 8-9, 14-15, nem veszik fel, ha nem érnek rá, miért ekkor lehet csak hívni őket? 05:52 után bontják a vonalat. Természetesen OGTTre csak telefonon lehet kérni időpontot...
