Ha lehetne, nullát adnék nekik. A megrendelt terméket egy hét elteltével sem tudták kiszállítani, így a születésnapra rendelt ajándékot máshonnan kellett megrendelnem. Az email cím visszadobja a leveleket, telefonon nem elérhetőek. Szégyen!!!!!!!!

Ígért időre nem tudják teljesíteni a rendelését az oldalon is az volt írva hogy karácsonyra megérkezik a kívánt termék, aztán meg e-mailben is azt írtak biztosan karácsonyig megérkezik, hat a mai napig nem kaptam semmi értesítést a termékről, kommunikálni nem lehet velük, senkinek nem ajánlom ezt az oldalt.

Kedves Számosfestő csapat! Az egy csillag oka: December 13-án leadott rendelést csak 22-én tudtam átvenni és akkor is csak azért mert nem adtam fel és kitartóan próbáltam veletek kapcsolatba lépni. Ezúton is köszönöm Vikinek amiért végül visszahívott és elmondta, nem a Derű utca 2 helyre kell menjek a rendelt képért hanem a Csobánka tér 1-hez. Fontos kihangsúlyoznom hogy az utóbbi cím sajnos nem található meg a weboldalon. Ha valóban Magyarország első számú számfestője szeretnétek lenni (mert a bejárat előtt ez van nagy betűkkel kiírva) akkor lényegesen jobb kommunikációra és befektetett energiára lesz szükségetek! Sok sikert kívánok a jövőben!
