A wonderful experience at this charming csárda! The service was excellent, and the food absolutely delicious. The fish soup is hands down the best in the city. My friends even made a special trip back just to enjoy the chicken paprikás again—it’s that good! However, we did notice the portions seemed smaller than before. Still, the flavors and hospitality make it worth a visit!

What a wonderful dinner! Highly recommend the catfish soup and the traditional pork chop. Martin, our server was so kind and knowledgeable and made recommendations based off our taste and traditional Hungarian food. We truly enjoyed the view, the atmosphere, the food and the service!

We had a wonderful time dining here. It's right by the river. The food was excellent, our waiter was funny and attentive. Portions are huge and easily shareable. So order accordingly. Since we were visiting, we couldn't ask for a takeaway box of all the leftovers. Overall, highly recommend!

We choose this restaurant for the position and the view of Danube. I ordered Hungarian Gulash and It was ok but the main course, which consists of a mix of meats ( duck, pork, goose liver, lamb and veal) cooked in different ways, It was only beautiful to see but the taste was not the best, too wild even for a Sicilian used to to eat everything

The food is excellent. We had the smoke salmon platter appetizer. It was a big portion and really tasty. we loved it. Also had beef goulash soup and catfish fish soup which were recommended by our server. Fried catfish platter was also very good. The portions are large. We saw other dinners sharing. The food is delicious! The staff was very nice. When requested for change for parking, they place all they could gather in a take away cup. Wonderful staff. The restaurant is right next to the river with nice views of the bridges.
