Korrekt áron van a termék. Sajnos a DPD a szállítójuk, így 3 nap várakozás után se sikerült még kihozni a rendelést. Más cégek ezt 1-2 nap alatt abszolválják.

Kiválló termékek, kiszállítás szerintem lassú pedig volt készleten. Ezzel egxütt sohasem csalódtam.

Jó probléma megoldó képesség, és gyorsan egyszerűen és pontosan kezelik a problémákat. Minden a megbeszélt ütemben és módon zajlott. Sokszor értékes egy jó ügyfél- eladó kapcsolat, normálisan viszonyultak mindenhez és nem okozott különösebb problémát egy termet kicserélése, visszavétele sem.

Mind az üzlet, mind a vevőszolgálat erősen kontraszelektált társaság, néha az az érzése az embernek, mintha a megboldogult Ramovill-ból maradtak volna itt. Segítókészség nulla, kedvesség nulla. A sajátmárkás cuccok mind átcímkézettek, 20-50% felárral (ha épp nem ragadt rájuk a készlet és akciózzák ki). A termékekról a negatív vélemények valahogy nem jelennek meg a honlapon... Ha kinéztél valamit, piackutass, szinte biztos megtalálod máshol olcsóbban.

Telefonon szerettem volna reklamálni és segítséget kérni egy megvásárolt termékkel kapcsolatban. Mind a stílus mind a hangnem kritikán aluli volt. Soha többet innen semmit nem vásárolunk
