Really enjoyed my visit today. The food was fresh, tasty, and the falafel was perfectly crispy. What stood out the most was the employee who served me – he was extremely friendly, motivated, and genuinely cared about providing great service. His positive attitude made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely come back and would highly recommend this place! 😊

🧆💚 Tahina Bite is one of my favourite food spots in Budapest! The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, creating such a warm atmosphere from the moment you walk in. 😊 The location is also perfect — right in the city centre, making it an easy stop whether you’re exploring the city or looking for a quick, delicious meal. The falafel is hands down the best I’ve had in Budapest 🏆🧆 !!! It is perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and flavourful on the inside, and packed with fresh ingredients. The hummus is another must-try! From the classic original to unique flavours like pesto and more, every version is creamy, fresh, and absolutely delicious. 🥙✨ The restaurant itself is also incredibly cute and charming, making it a lovely place to sit and enjoy your meal. 💛 They also cater to gluten free diets!!!😍😍 Highly recommended! 🌟

I visited Tahina Bite twice during my trip to Budapest, and it was one of the best places I found for vegetarians and vegans. The restaurant is completely vegan and is conveniently located near the Jewish Quarter. On my first visit, I ordered the GF Falafel Tacos. The portion size was good, with three tacos, each containing two falafels along with different sauces, and it was served with a small salad. The taste was exceptional, and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. On my second visit, I tried the Cauliflower Sandwich and the TB Classic Sandwich. Both were delicious, although I personally would have preferred them to be a little spicier. One thing that stood out to me was the excellent customer service. The price of the TB Classic was displayed as 2300 HUF on the screen, but after I ordered, the owner came to me personally, apologized for the pricing mistake, and offered me complimentary bread and a portion of hummus. I thought that was a very thoughtful and professional gesture. I also noticed the owner offering water to a customer’s dog, which showed kindness and consideration not only towards customers but also towards animals. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout

We came here twice during our trip and really enjoyed it both times. It’s a great spot to grab something to eat and continue exploring the city, or even to take away. We tried the GF falafel tacos, which I would definitely say are a must-try, and we also had a falafel pita wrap that was good. They also have a big variety of drinks, and we appreciated that the kitchen stays open throughout the day. The staff were friendly, and the overall vibe of the place was relaxed and welcoming.

One of the hidden vegan gems in Budapest. A Middle Eastern–inspired street food spot done right — simple, urban, and full of character. The falafels were a clear highlight, whether you go for the classic or the spicy version. Crispy, flavorful, and properly seasoned — exactly what you’d hope for. Across the board, the wraps, salads, and dips were all spot on. You can tell there’s consistency and care in the preparation, which is something many reviews also point out. The staff really elevate the experience — approachable, friendly, quick, and efficient. They know what they’re doing, and they get it right. If you ask for spicy, it actually comes spicy; if not, they respect that. Small detail, but it shows attention and professionalism. As you can see, plates look like they are prepared for a photoshoot. Portions are satisfying and the pricing feels fair and well aligned with what you get, something that’s not often in similar spots around the city. Overall, a genuinely enjoyable experience. Whether you’re vegan or not, if you appreciate Lebanese or Middle Eastern flavors, this place is a must-visit. 100% recommended.
