Réka and Petra are amazing at what they do; the complete the job with Integrity and make your place as good as new. We'd love to book their services again.

I can really recommend TAK's services. I ordered a deep clean package and it was worth every penny. The squad was very polite and respectful. They did a fantastic job, I'm especially pleased with the oven cleaning, it looks as if it's brand new. I'll happily use their services in the future again! 😊

Edit: After they saw my initial 1 star review. They were kind enough to reach out and fix the problem. They sent out others and they cleaned it much better. It is more so what I was expecting the first time. They worked really hard. The team themselves were polite enough. They spoke English. When they sent the email of the cost, it was described as a deep cleaning for that price. It turned out to be a miscommunication as that was the price for a regular cleaning. For 22000 HUF and a regular cleaning for an apartment, that’s too expensive. They showed up over an hour late. I and my landlord allowed them to continue. They had a nice lady stay to do the cleaning herself for about 4 hours. I returned about 2 hours and 45 minutes into it and I found her sitting outside relaxing. She said she was finished. As I examined the apartment. It was not clean. It was cleaner than it was before she came. But there was still dust and crumbs and hair on tables. The rugs weren’t clean. The shower wasn’t clean. The refrigerator wasn’t clean but she mentioned this wasn’t part of the regular cleaning but she ended up cleaning that a bit since she had so much time. She asked me if there was anything

Very organized and polite team, we ordered floor scrubbing with a special machine and the team did a good job. We had an issue with machine spraying water on non- covered walls and the company management resolved the situation by fixing the affected part of the wall (special thanks to Akos and Gabor addressing this!)

This is a total ripoff - not professional, bad cleaners who did a BAD job (floor was not mopped, rubbish was left behind, lots of dust left on shelf tops). But most importantly damaged the floor and did not pay for the repair! Deep scratches on wooden floor over 50 cm long. Avoid avoid avoid. Scam artists, not cleaners! Edit: to identify - my husband ordered the service end of March. Our guests sent the results. Your cleaners should have forwarded images of the damage and promised that you would contact for damage management. I guess this is just how you chose to run the business since we have never heard back from you. Run through the records and talk to your employees to get more information. Stop sending this harassing updates and own up to your mistakes. It is about your business and your team and I do not wish to speak to you about anything any further because I don’t expect any decent reply given how you replied below.
