Termek jó de a kiszolgálás minősíthetetlen . Így kell elveszíteni a törzsvásárlókat is ! Az egyik munkatársuk viselkedése után közel 10 éves vásárlasom megszakítom, mert nem szívesen találkozom ilyen eladóval.

Tisztelt Takko! A tegnapi napon jártunk barátnőmmel az üzletükben aki sajnos nagyon rosszul lett és mentő szállította kórházba. Büszke lehet alkalmazottaira akik segítőkészek voltak és olyan természetességgel segítettek, hogy példamutató a mai világban. Köszönjük a segítségnyújtás!!! Üdvözlettel egy elkötelezett vásárlójuk!

Nagyon remélem, hogy tisztelik és megbecsülik a munkatársaikat. Minek után tegnap jártam a Hüvösvölgyi boltjukban egy szem eladót találtam aki ha jól informálodtam az üzletvezető lehetett. Azért ez nincs rendjén szerintem. Én is kereskedelemben dolgozom szabadság ide vagy oda lehet jönni másik boltból is segíteni... A Takko nem egy kis butik ahova alig járnak be amit bármikor bezárhatok 5 percre... Viszont kiváncsiságból ma is bementem a párommal körbenézni, ma már ketten voltak viszont az egyik fiatal hölgyön nyakmerevítő volt. Na ez már kevésbé tetszett, hogy miért is hagyják dolgozni :/ Biztos önszántából ment be, de bízom benne megbecsülik a vezetőiket és az eladóikat egyaránt!! Én össze tenném a két kezem ha ilyen elhivatott kollégáim lennének!!
