This was the worst experience I ever had so far. We met by a man who treated us terrible. The day before Easter weekend we met this very kind woman who tried to unlock an old phone that I bought on the flea market because it was locked to blue that was bought by Telekom. She said if it don’t work then come back after Easter and we will give you another old phone. Both me and my friend who was with, asked her several times if this was true, and she said yes and that it would work with my yettel card. And we couldn’t believe our ears. This was so kind. I came back the day she said. Today Tuesday. Since we got the mail that said they couldn’t unlock the phone and that it didn’t work. I told the story to the man, and he said ”but you are not even a customer” ”you don’t even have a Telekom card” and I told him what he colleague said and that she was aware of this. With really bad attitude he went ”to check” if they had one and he came back and said they didn’t. And claim that all the old phones was gone. This is such a terrible service and just proves that you can have the best experience and the worst in the same store. This is about a company not keeping what they say and not kee

I came at noon, and the waiting time wasn’t too long. I used the English service to buy a new SIM card and only had to wait for two to three people, about 10–15 minutes. I just walked around the same floor while waiting, and then it was my turn. The staff was friendly and kind, answered my questions in good English, and helped me activate the SIM card immediately after purchase. They only accept card payments or cash in HUF, no Euro cash. Overall, it was a good experience for me.

After walking away from a bunch of ... at the Corvin branch, I managed to get a good service from a one young man, Lazslo, I believe. Despite his average command of the english language he made every effort including using google translate. He served me well. Thank you Lazslo, you are one in a million :)

Waiting time for assistance in English is 25 minutes. Lack of English speaking staff , not productive at all
