Though the agents are free and customers waiting, they don’t really attend to them immediately. For just a simple clarification I had to wait for 15 mins. Then I had to interrupt a lady to get the answer, thankfully she was kind enough to answer rather than asking me to wait for my turn to be called

First, I was asked to check the data. After checking it as required, there was no problem. The SIM card was locked. I went to the business hall staff and they told me there was no problem. Then I couldn't make calls. The staff suspected that there was a problem with my phone. They turned it off and on countless times. During this time, I waited for 1 hour. Finally, I was told that there was a problem with the center system and asked me to go to another place to handle it.

Pathetic slow service and staff. Despite having a totally empty shop with 0 customers, the staff make us take a token to wait for 15 mins while they kept completing their own paperwork or stuff on system with no customer being catered to! The lady at counter finally gave time after 15 mins to not understand basic English words like "tourist SIM" and kept asking address card! It took us so much effort to just get a "no sim available on passport"answer it felt like the most pathetic service and communication skills , plus the most pathetic availability of SIM for tourist in all the European countries i have travelled in! Really sad state of affairs

it was the worst experience ever . thay charged me 5000 for a phone number, not mine .and they did nothing beside charging me twice one of them for no reason. and they didn't help me at all with the mistakes they made, a bad experience, and the worst customer service
