I activated a pre-paid plan because I'm here for work until end of August. Your data package is using up my data at 3 x the rate than in Warsaw. I use the same amount...amd here I have to top up evey 3 days. Incredible...my last top up of 5k HUF didn't even register the 3G that is supposed to come with it. Very inconvenient and inconsistent. I've been to your customer service points 3 times and still the same.

Worst experience. I waited for more than 30 minutes even the kiosk doesn’t work and neither staff are bothered about customer. One of worst stores ever visited

There service it not uo to the mark. They deactivated my number and when I went activate it . They said that this number is already issued to another person.

Terrible service, they're working like lasy tortillas. I was waiting more than 1 hour. They had no wish to call english speaking customer... I'll never visit this office!!👎👎👎
