I have paraded into their domain with everything from a Tudor suffering the indignity of slipping bracelet pins to the delicate quest for a proper, dignified leather strap for a vintage Omega. Each time, the experience was flawless. They operate with a swift, smiling efficiency that completely shames the usual sluggishness of luxury service. But above all, their work is executed with a relentless, meticulous precision (sic) that restores one’s faith in European craft. It is fast, it is deeply polite, and they treat fine timepieces with the exact level of reverence they deserve. If your watch requires attention, do not hand it to amateurs. Walk it directly over to Tempora. Five stars, without a second's hesitation.

Exceptional Service and Kindness at Orex Óraszerviz, Budapest I had an old Chinese mechanical watch that I care about deeply — its winding mechanism had stopped working, and after visiting other repair shops that couldn’t fix the issue, I almost gave up hope. Then I brought it to Orex Óraszerviz in Budapest, and the experience couldn’t have been better. The lady at the counter was incredibly kind and attentive. She carefully inspected the watch, took it to the repair team, and to my surprise, they managed to fix the problem in just 5 minutes!
