This is a large Tesco store located inside a big shopping mall. The store is very spacious, the shelves were well organized, and everything was clean. However, the checkout experience was not very good because the lines were long and moved quite slowly. Some of the staff seemed very helpful, while others were a bit rude. Overall, it was an average experience.

The price tag didn't match the item. When I checked the receipt, I noticed the product names were completely different. I went to the service desk to clarify, and told them, 'The names don’t even match.' But they just said, 'The barcode on the item is correct, so it's 2,999.' It’s clearly a system error on their end. Really terrible customer service/handling.

Huge market like a Walmart in the States with everything from household goods, clothing and groceries.

They are just waste of time waste of money. If I can I will give them 0 star out of 5/10 or whatever for service, customer handling , behaviour, they don’t have value of time

Not a great e experience at all. The store is massive, however it is not pleasurable to do the shopping there. It is badly organized, and the staff is not helpful whatsoever. There are indeed a lot of products, but the store does not really offer them to you, you have to go and seek for it yourself. The prices were quite cheap, but not better than in Lidl, Aldi or Spar. The other huge flaw in this fantastic shop is the butcher, who has very hard times for cleaning his hands. The administration, PLEASE check the hands of your workers! The butcher that served me had black (because if dirt) fingernails, and was operating without any gloves. Just with hands. I'm sorry, but this was really disgusting. It needs to be solved as soon as possible, please take the necessary actions. Thank you in advance! In total, it was not too bad, but could have been much much better.
