4 great days in Budapest. Location is excellent and near to most of the attractions and plenty of restaurants. Very friendly and competent service, great breakfast. Strong recommendation! Room was excellent , but I have to admit that we got an upgrade to the topfloor. Thank you!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect—right in the heart of Budapest. You can easily walk to all the major attractions, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and shopping areas, which made our trip incredibly convenient. The hotel also has its own secure parking, so if you’re traveling by car, you can park with peace of mind. There are two elevators, making it easy to reach your room, and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Housekeeping is provided daily upon request, with fresh towels and a thoroughly cleaned room. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. There was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and delicious. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, but we would especially like to thank Mr. Csaba at the reception. He was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely hospitable. He went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay, and we truly appreciate everything he did for us. Whenever we return to Budapest, we already know where we’ll be staying. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel! The rooms were very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was delicious. The location is just perfect – right in the center, on a main street with plenty of great restaurants all around. Highly recommended!

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. It’s clear that the management and staff have put a great deal of thought into every detail—big and small—to ensure maximum comfort for their guests. From the outstanding level of cleanliness to their 24/7 availability, everything was handled with care and precision. I was especially impressed by the unique touch of being able to choose a pillow from the hotel’s pillow menu—such a thoughtful detail that truly enhances the experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the view was stunning, and the hotel itself is peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was, without a doubt, the best and most diverse I’ve ever had—absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm and welcoming, and the location couldn’t be better—close to all the main attractions and entertainment spots. Highly recommended!

Really nice hotel, in a great location. It’s super easy to get to and from the airport by bus, and there are loads of restaurants nearby. You can explore a lot on foot, but there are also tram and bus options. The breakfast is really good and worth it. It had a lot of options. The room was a bit small, but still comfortable enough for two people with luggage, so no real issues there. It was very quiet as well. The only downside was the air conditioning. It had been turned off without any explanation, and since our room faced west, it got quite hot in the afternoon, and especially at night. We tried everything ourselves (made sure window was locked/closed, turn it on/off), but it just wouldn’t work. When I went to the front desk to ask them to go check it out the next day, they simply turned it back on from their system, which was a bit frustrating. It would make more sense to leave it on, unless guests ask otherwise. One thing we really liked was splitting our stay between the Buda and Pest sides—it made exploring much easier without constantly going back and forth.
