A bolt egyébként jó hírnévnek örvend, és a vélemények alapján a kiszolgálás is kiváló – ezért is sajnálom, ami történt. Ma, augusztus 21-én (pénteken) hiába mentem el az üzletbe, mert zárva volt, nyilván a nemzeti ünnep utáni hosszú hétvége miatt. Ezzel semmi baj, teljesen érthető és jogos, hogy valaki kiveszi ezt a napot. A gond csupán az, hogy ez sehol nem volt jelezve: sem a Google-ön (ahol a pénteki nyitvatartás szerepel), sem egy cédulán az ajtón. Így feleslegesen tettem meg az utat – ráadásul bokasérüléssel, hiszen éppen bokarögzítőért indultam. Egy egyszerű kiírás az ajtón vagy a nyitvatartás frissítése online sok ilyen helyzetet megelőzne. Legközelebb remélhetőleg jobban járok – a többi vélemény alapján érdemes lesz újra próbálkoznom.
