Although I checked in late, they were incredibly kind and gave me detailed explanations. I believe the front desk staff member's name was IMRE, and thanks to him, I was able to check in with a great feeling. Wishing your business all the best!

I had a bad experience staying at this hotel. Everything went wrong from the first minute. My plane arrived in Budapest on May 8 at 01:00. The hotel was booked on Booking.com from May 8 to May 11. The staff refused to check me in and gave me the address of another hotel. I stayed there for the night, but I had to pay 40,000 HUF extra, and 20,000 was a deposit. Later that day, at 11:00, I came back to Triple M hotel, but they again refused to check me in and told me to wait until 15:00. They have early check-in for extra money, but they didn’t offer it. The only thing they did was take my bags so I didn’t have to carry them around the city. This was the only time the staff were polite. At 15:00 I finally checked in, and I immediately regretted it. I booked a room with a bathtub on Booking.com, but I got a room with a shower. I told the reception, and they said, “we can’t do anything, we will change your room tomorrow.” Also, there are no free hygiene items in the rooms. No toothbrush, no toothpaste. You can buy them at reception. When I asked for them for free as compensation, they said they don’t have them at all. The girl at the reception looked very nervous, like I was asking t

Thank you for 4 night stay .Room are clean,nice ,silent and with nice view.Hotel workers are very helpful. Hotel is in walk distance to museums,zoo , train station etc. Thank you that nice guy in reception for good tips for food around :) Few photos from walking only for him :) 4 days =85km walked I really enjoy holidays . I will be back at October/November holiday Thank you so much and greeting from Czech republic
