I came here for the 12 and 20-week screenings during pregnancy and while very satisfied with the experience with the doctors (Dr. Mosonyi Peter & especially Dr. Laszlo Markus), the customer service/administrative support was terrible. It took 3 weeks to receive the results from the first screening (after being quoted 3-5 days, "or a few more"), and required multiple emails and phone calls where staff were unwilling to even double check in the sytem if the results had been sent (to rule out an incorrect email address). For the second appointment which I booked online, I received a call a few days later asking that they reschedule me because the doctor's availability changed (no problem, these things happen). They found a date that was towards the end of the available window for the screening and confirmed via phone. I showed up for the appointment to be told that there is nothing in the system and no doctors are available. No apology, and no understanding that these appointments are time senstive. They then tried to schdule me to a date that would have been out of the appropriate window, and then only with push back then accommodated an appointment later in the week. When I checked

Fast but thorough. I was very happy with the care I was given. I barely had to wait for my check up. The doctor was kind, professional, thorough and explained everything with care.

The Dr. Kinga Jókay was very attentive, she asked us many questions related to a first appointment. She was very clear, she explained everything to us and above all she and her assistant were very sweet with my son. An a plus for me, both speak fluent English.

I don't recommend. 1. It seems they cannot determine from the date of birth of my son that he is a child, and cannot validate the booking. Thus, one examination needed to be cancelled one day before it. No problem, Árvai-Barta Medical are waiting for us tomorrow. 2. The "doctor" has another thing to do (claimed: surgery), so she wanted to reschedule the appointment less than one day before, but there was a collision, as we had another appointment at the same time. Appointment needed to be cancelled, I don't trust such a doctor anymore who cannot notify us in time. Fortunately, I managed to book an appointment at Árvai-Barta Medical for tomorrow. 3. Another appointment has the above examination (mentioned in #2) as dependency, consequently another cancellation, just one day before. 4. After having caused such an inconvenience, it seemed impossible to find a 5-minut slot during the day to do a quick blood collection. If they don't want my money, I can go to another medical center.
