Édesapám kérésre volt, hogy itt temessük. A búcsúztató előtt az úr aki fogadott minket előre leszögezte, hogy elvárja a pénzt a búcsúztató után. Kétszer kellett szólnunk, hogy a zenét vegyék halkabbra, mire az egyik kollégája pökhendien ránk szólt, hogy "mindjárt kikapcsolom".. a búcsúztatás végén 5 perccel kitessékeltek minket. Adtam volna pénzt ha ezt nem így közlik, és több kegyelet van bennük, nem ezt az arrogáns stílust kaptuk volna az amúgy is számunkra megrázó napon..

The biggest cemetery in Hungary, truly massive. We visited some relatives here and you drive around by car as it's so big. Some of the older plots at the back are on dirt tracks, some very overgrown, barely passable by a single car with branches scraping the sides. The newer grave markers are in good condition and obviously cared for. It's sad to see some of the older plots at the back sections are completely overgrown with large trees and plants growing through and over headstones. It's more like a dense forest with the occasional falling over headstones visible. Very creepy. The front part of the cemetery has maps to guide you to the particular site you are looking for. I suggest you take a photo as it is quite easy to get lost, especially as quite a few of the extensive road network is one way streets. There is an Italian section of war Graves from the second world war not far from the main entrance which is quite interesting.
