This center charges an additional 25% for an “English-speaking service,” yet the reception and staff have very limited English proficiency. This was quite disappointing, especially since this fee was neither clearly stated nor communicated at the time of booking my appointment. Overall, I would not recommend this place for English speakers, as there are other centers that provide more transparent pricing and treat all clients equally.

The doctor was good, the rest just 1% over the state hospitals because they had toilet paper. Otherwise rather unfriendly and unprofessional.

I had 2 medical massage session with Istvàn Bòdizs when I visited Budapest in April. He is an absolute professional and an amazig massage therapist. I highly recommend him. Take an appointment and you'll not regret it. I found receptionists are friendly and helpful too.

I got an appointment for 10.25 am. They sent me a calendar invite for that time, so that's when I was planning to be in the clinic. When I arrived, they told me that appointments start 20 minutes before the scheduled time and now they wouldn't provide the service. They say that at the bottom of an email that confirms your reservation 10.25. This is beyond ridiculous - if you want people to come early, make that the appointment time and adjust the calendar invites you're sending out. That's basic customer service. I spent an hour commuting just to get nothing. And the barely English speaking administrator blamed me with "you're 20 minutes late".
