Called in yesterday for some after sun cream. I got exactly what I wanted. The first front desk girl didn’t speak English, but did her best to help. The second front desk lady spoke a little English, and was wonderful! Thank you!!

Last Thursday (02.04.26), I went to this pharmacy because I was feeling unwell and dizzy. I asked the cashier at counter 5 for a medicine, mentioning I am feeling unwell abd asked if they could measure my blood pressure. She told me they didn’t have a machine for that. After paying for my medicine, I sat down in front of counter 5 because I was close to fainting. Despite clearly feeling unwell, the cashier continued serving customers and completely ignored my situation. No one asked if I was okay or offered assistance. Eventually, a colleague of mine who speaks Hungarian came to check on me. Once he explained in Hungarian that I was feeling sick, a pharmacist guy immediately brought out a blood pressure machine — the same one I had just been told they didn’t have. I was disappointed not only by the lack of care and empathy, but also by being given incorrect information. When someone is visibly unwell, especially in a pharmacy, basic concern and support should be expected. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not return to this pharmacy.

Disgustingly rude pharmacists, they better find another job if they are that much unhappy. I couldnt even get my medicines

Avoid the front pharmacist. It will say hello first and will try to make you buy from him/her. Usually, they won't understand what you actually need and it will be extremely overpriced. And prepare a Hungarian translation that says clearly what you need, otherwise you might have a hard time.

I was confronted with unexpected aggression from the head pharmacist (tall bald man) for just trying to get my meds. Avoid him if you go there, he is very violent. I don’t recommend this pharmacy, they obviously don’t behave as healthcare professionals.
