They are nice on the phone and polite via email. That’s the good side. I am think they just want to trick you to get more money, it is pretty simple. I can not understand nor accept that my car insurance is getting more expensive even though I have not caused or been in any accident. Its legal theft.

So if you let any insurance automatically renew your policy it doubles so my advice is check emails regularly and change insurance companies every year a few months in advance.

They can do whatever they want with their customers. Just pulled my B5 bonus telling me I have not paid my premium. My car was temporarily out of service, so I don't need insurance on it. Lot happier with the another company. Shame on Uniqua

Insurance of the luggage does not cover damage or delay during return to the country of residence. So, only one direction, imagine that. Because of these tiny letters at the bottom of the contract here you go...one star.

Annoyed the hell out of me! I changed email addresses, filled out their online form and asked for a receipt for car insurance paid 3 wks earlier. They answered that I had to submit the email change by snail mail using the online form I had submitted electronically. I did. Ten days later I got the receipt (emai) along with a note telling me I could have submitted the change of email address electronically. I'm still furious ...
