Small and over-engineered, but clean and in the center of downtown Budapest. They have a 100 minute time limit on using their facilities, which is just another way to get charged. Absolutely infuriating!

Today I used my 10-time swimming pool pass for the very first time. When I went to check out, the receptionist kindly informed me that I had overstayed by 3 minutes beyond the 100 minutes included in the pass, and I was therefore required to pay an extra 1,000 HUF. Of course, I understand that rules are rules. At the same time, as this was my first experience using this pass, I was a little surprised. Those extra few minutes were spent simply going from the pool to the lockers and then back to the reception to checkout— something that is quite unavoidable. I believe it would have felt much more welcoming if, on a first occasion like this, I had simply been informed that I exceeded the time limit by 3 minutes and kindly reminded to keep an eye on the time next time. This is really not about the 1,000 HUF, but rather about first impressions and how new customers are welcomed at the sports centre. A small gesture of understanding can make a big difference in how people feel about coming back. Kind regard, Haydar

The facility was truly delightful and very clean. The machines were new, comfortable, and easy to use. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. What impressed me the most was the real thermal pool, it was amazing to feel all the benefits after using it. The sauna was also a unique pleasure and an unforgettable experience. I definitely recommend it. It was wonderful to enjoy a sports facility with the comfort of a 5 star hotel. 🌟

it's good to have a nice amd clean swimming pool downtown, to have the option to swim late at night too but: - overpriced for swimming (3300 HUF) while you swim for half or less than half cost at countless places - the pool was overcrowded until 8:45PM (size and capacity issue and bad regulation). I'd recommend the management to sell 40 and 60 minute swimming tickets and 30 session passes (not days) only and only and enforce by proxy at the swimming pool and simply don't rent out lanes for schools etc but keep the pool for solo swimmers. - tiny overcrowded dressing room, the air in the shower is barely breathable, many shower taps are in bad shape, shuts off automatically wax too quickly and barely have hot water - the pool water is too warm for sporting like swimming and salty taste (and not chlorine smell) - you gotta walk up and down 2 stairs between the dressing room and the pool

Only went to the pool and it was a very good experience. The price was a bit over 5 euro/ entrance. Very clean, both the lockers and the pool area. The only thing that could be better are the showers. They aren’t very efficient especially if you also want to wash your hair. During the week in the mornings there are kids swimming classes so only one lane is open, but it was usually just me using i.
