DO NOT COME HERE!! My partner and I came to this laundry service with high hopes and ended up being very disappointed. My partner dropped our clothes off and was told to come back the same day before they closed and we did. Then we were told to come back the next morning. My partner picked up the laundry and we realized the majority of our clothes were missing. When he returned he asked the staff , including showing a picture of our clothes , and they acted as if he was crazy. Because we had a flight the same day there was no time to contact police. We hope the company sees this and finds our clothes since we left contact information. It’s a shame because we had clothes we bought during our Europe trip and now they are gone forever.

Traveling with the family, we brought bags of laundry here a few times over the course of Easter week. Our clothes were nicely washed and folded, ready the next day. The last time we were late to pick them up, and the next day it was closed because of a national holiday. We called and the owner came out in a few minutes to the shop to give us our laundry, perfectly done. Thank you!

Excellent service, dropped off 8kgs of clothing to be washed and dried yesterday morning and picked up today after 1pm. Limited time in Budapest so we didn’t want to waste sightseeing time doing ourselves - good value. Thank you

If I could give her a thousand stars, I would. We had a misunderstanding with the schedule and when we went to pick up the clothes, the shop was closed. That’s when the drama began, since we had a wedding the next day. The owner not only replied to our messages but also came to the shop and opened it just for us. A billion thanks. Such a pity we don’t live in Budapest to keep going to this store.

The service was good. We dropped off our clothes mid morning and picked them up the next day at 8 am as soon as they opened. Everything was clean and folded neatly. For 2.2kg (4.8lbs), it was 2200 HUF (~$8.70 / 7€). It's not inexpensive, but cheaper than the hotel rates.
