Többedszerre volt alkalmam belefutni egy végtelenül arrogáns hölgybe. Köszönni nem tud, nem nézi meg a taj számot hanem bediktáltatja, az útlevelet meg nem fogja, nyisd neki, ő nem nyitogatja, mondja ezt olyan stílusban, hogy alattad nyílik meg a föld… ,gyógyszerekhez utasítás minek, papírzatcsót kérésre kitolja, bele nem tenné a gyógyszereket mit képzelek… Meggyőződésem, hogy utálja az embereket, éppen ezért érthetetlen, mit keres Önöknél?? Búcsúzóul megkérdeztem a nevét, ő Anita.

Nagyon kellemes meglepetés ért. Egy gyógyszerész fiatalember a hiánycikként megrendelt termék miatt, hogy ne menjek feleslegesen oda a tudakozóból kikereste a számom és felhívott. Nagyon köszönöm neki!

Az Ottó nevű gyógyszerész nagyon készséges, udvarias, ezért adtam a maximumot. Egy idős hölgy gyógyszerészt azonban nem ajánlom, mert mogorva és udvariatlan.
