I had to wait for an hour to get travel documents when I already had an "appointment". They performed a complete ridiculous examination on my cat without any hygiene. I was charged 50€ without any explanation of what we're the services they charged me for. Better go somewhere else if you can .

Fast service and don't cost an arm and a leg . We needed travel documents for our Chihuahua and we got it in minutes , no waiting time no appointment needed. Really nice staff. Highly Recomanded place.

they gave my cat vaccines that, when i spoke with other vets, turned out to be invalid for the whole year. also sold a box of spot-on treatment for the price of the box with 3 pieces, but it had only one inside. wouldn't reccomend the place to non-hungarian speakers

This was the worst experience ever. My girlfriend and I took our dog to this klinik just to get a statement for traveling. They yelled at us for speaking English and wouldn’t let us use google translate. They were very impatient. Only one nurse was nice to us. The vet doesn’t even touch our dog who is well groomed and clean. We go to a vet clinic in district 8 the one tied to the vet university and they are so nice and helpful and genuinely are patient. Maybe the experience is different if you are Hungarian but if it is it’s pretty racist and rude. This really upset me I hope you learn from this review to treat people respectfully
