I have come here many times both to make and to fix my glasses and they are super helpful and nice

I lost my glasses while traveling. I had my doctor in the States email me my prescription. We took the M2 from downtown Budapest to the ÁRKÁD mall on a busy Saturday. 1.75 hours later, new glasses! The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and they had a very large selection of glasses. The ÁRKÁD mall is really nice to walk around while you wait. Good food court, too.

All the staff were friendly, the ophthalmologist had the required level of English. Not all the models I noticed on the website were available, but I still managed to find suitable frame Only the final price was disappointing, as was the two-week delivery time for the needed lenses.

Yesterday, I went there to replace nose pads in my glasses. I lost one of them alongside with the bolt that held it. Staff was very nice and they exchanged it in few minutes + spoke good english. Thank you so much!🤗
