Sajnos nagyon csalódott vagyok a szervezéssel kapcsolatban. Több mint egy hónappal korábban foglaltam időpontot 18:00 órára, egyórás kezelési időkerettel. A páromnak 19:00 órára volt időpontja, szintén egyórás előjegyzéssel. A kezelés várható időtartamát már a foglaláskor egyeztettük a recepcióval. 15-20 perccel korábban érkeztünk, majd leültünk várakozni. Azonban senki nem tájékoztatott arról, hogy jelentős csúszás van, és arról sem, hogy várhatóan mennyit kell várnunk. Úgy gondolom, hogy egy magánrendelő részéről alapvető elvárás lenne az ilyen jellegű kommunikáció. 18:25-kor érkezett egy hölgy, aki elmondta, hogy 18:30-ra van időpontja. Ekkor már nehezen volt érthető számomra az időpontok kezelése. Az előttünk lévő úrat 18:40 körül hívták vissza érzéstelenítést követően. Amikor 18:45-kor rákérdeztünk a helyzetre, azt a választ kaptuk, hogy csúszás van, illetve a doktor úr módosította az előjegyzéseket, ezért kerülhetett be új időpont két korábban foglalt páciens közé. Természetesen előfordulhat csúszás egy rendelésen, ezt megértem és el is fogadom. A problémám nem a csúszás ténye volt, hanem az, hogy erről senki nem tájékoztatott minket, illetve hogy a doktor úr utólag módos

Több éve ide járunk, mindig professzionális hozzáállás, kedves orvosok. Fiam mai tapasztalása: Mina a legjobb fogorvos! Adhatok neki 5 csillagot valahol? :) Ez mindent elmond!

Kisfiam, akinek korábban még nem volt fogászati kezelés nagy félelemmel lépett be. Itt nagyon jó kezekbe került, dr. Gönczi Viktor empatikus, ügyes, türelmes és nagyon esztétikus munkája után este már fogorvososat játszott a plüss játékán. Hálásan köszönöm!

20 éve jar hozza a csalad, es neha kenyszerbol mas rendelobe is, de Viktornal lelkiismeretesebb, profi fogorvossal nem hozott ossze még a sors. Ami mas szerint nem mentheto, ő képes megmenteni. Bár nem meglepő, mert a város legjobb gyerekorvosa az anyukaja... a génjeiben van :-)
