Az úriember pontosan érkezett, az ajtóban meglepődött, mikor bemutatkoztam. Meg sem kérdezte, levegye-e a cipőt, egyből a szobába ment, ahova a kanapéra lehajította a kabátját. A probléma, amiért úgy döntöttünk a tulajjal együtt, hogy kihívjuk az az, hogy a konvektort amúgy is rég látta szakember és nagyon hideg van a hármas fokozat ellenére. A szakember első kérdése az volt, hogy gondolkoztam-e azon, hogy feljebb tekerem. Elkezdtem mondani, hogy igen, de nem igazán hagyta, hogy befejezzem, kb felröhögött és lekezelő stílusban kioktatott, hogy hát még feljebb kellett volna. Akárhogyan is folytattam, hogy nem szokott ilyen hideg lenni, ő csak folytatta ezt a stílust, mire megkértem, hogy azért legyen szíves megnézni magát a készüléket. Erre felhívta a tulajt, akinek elkezdte mesélni, hogy mit beszéltünk, de mivel olyan durva torzításokat mondott, miszerint én azt kértem, hogy ő állítsa át a gyári beállítást, hogy megkértem, hangosítsa ki a telefont, hogy ezt tisztázzuk, én ugyanis nem mondtam ilyet. Letettük a telefont, végre nekilátott, mókolt rajta kb 10 percet, majd felhívta a tulajt, hogy elmondja neki, mit lát, mi történt, hogy gyenge volt az őrláng kapcsoló is picit, mintha ot
