Professional, friendly and fast! Honors warranty period so amazingly well too!!! I brought my old beloved laptop because of sound problems. They took it and in less than 24hours I have received their professional advice to get the audio components changed. It was fixed the next day after I accepted their recommendation. I unfortunately had the same problem in less than 2 weeks (I assume because of how old my MacBook Air is), and they fixed it again without any cost with their warranty service. Amazing service and staff!

20000 HUF for a 13 mini camera lens cover glass swap. Works but lens cover is dirty from the inside. Not a clean job. I don't really care because it can't focus this close and I don't use the ultra wide that often so it's fine. They did it in 3 hours though, which is nice.

I had my display replaced twice at WeLoveApple and had a good experience with them! The first replacement had an issue due to a supplier defect, which was not the fault of this shop. When I noticed the problem after a month of using and informed WeLoveApple, they responded very nicely and replaced it again without any extra charge. Later, due to my own mistake, I accidentally informed then a wrong display colour, making them have to reorder. Since I was leaving the country soon, I was short on time. However, I was able to get the final replacement before my departure. It must have been a hassle for them, but they handled it really well. Also I got my laptop back within a few hours for the second replacement. I truly appreciate all the effort they put into the whole process. Sometimes their email responses were a bit slow, but when I visited the shop in person, they were very nice and even apologized for the delay. The cost is cheaper than official repairs, though still quite expensive. Fortunately, they informed me via email that I could get a 10% discount on my first repair, which helped reduce the cost a bit👍🏼
