Be careful about the guy standing at the entrance he's not an official, and for the place unfortunately they have a really bad rate in my opinion, I normally change money some place close to there normally and their prices are way better than here. I recommend for people to go various places then make their exchange with the best one (for me it is a place nearby here, I don't know if I can give a name without a problem but it's nearby you'll find it if you want to).

Ms anita is kind and very helpful. She will tell you very helpful details when you come to western union in her working place here in budapest. She speak english to so it will be easier to communicate with her.

Very expensive place. They took way too much away. I changed 70euros and got only 56euros worth forints... Please go anywhere else but this place! Truly Horrible

Disgusting. When you enter there are men stood outside the office, exchanging money illegally and they harass you as you enter. There was two members of staff on duty. One was just standing doing nothing. One was serving. I waited patiently for 15 mins as the working staff member served the one other customer in front of me. Then when it was my turn to be served the staff member ignored me, went to the other counter and served the one of the the guys who had been exchanging money illegally outside!!! What a total scam, staff are clearly involved.
